This play follows two Irishmen as they go through the joys of being extras on a big budget Hollywood film glamourising Irish history. During filming a local tragedy occurs, causing ripples of disharmony between the crew and the locals.

Follow Charlie and Jake as they interact with the Hollywood elite and locals alike. All Charlie wants is to get some lemon meringue pie and all Jake wants is to get to know the big movie star Caroline.

This tragicomedy has been well received with audiences since it was first shown 1996 in Belfast, winning the Olivier Award for Best New Comedy in 2001. With only two actors taking on all the roles in the play it makes for a very entertaining show that is sure to impress.
