2016/17 Guest Productions

ACT Company

Returning to the Little Theatre for the sixth time, ACT Company present a newly written play; Sherlock Holmes: The Case of The Whitehall Widower with performances running 25-29 July.

London, 2017. A serial killer is wreaking havoc in Westminster and Whitehall and targeting high profile politicians. DI Lestrade and his team at Scotland Yard are baffled and nowhere near making an arrest. Media pressure is mounting by the day and Lestrade must act fast and try something different to catch the killer. Perhaps a man who exhibits strange behaviour but a remarkable talent for solving the unsolvable, is the answer. But will the possible reward be worth the risk?

This is a tense, modern and original take on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's classic concept and features all of his most beloved characters. With an unpredictable plot full of twists and turns, it will hold audience attention and keep them guessing all the way to the thrilling climax.
